The fourth generation of the Delladio family opens La Sportiva’s Board to external members, supporting international growth and the generational transition process.
Ziano di Fiemme, October 15, 2026 – La Sportiva announces a significant evolution of its governance model, designed to support the company’s international growth and strengthen the generational continuity process that today sees the fourth generation of the Delladio family taking a leading role.
The new structure strengthens the Board of Directors through a composition that integrates managerial, entrepreneurial and strategic expertise, with the objective of ensuring increasingly solid and structured leadership during a phase of strong global business development. Alongside members of the Delladio family, the Board is opening to the contribution of external members, bringing complementary experience to support the company’s future challenges.
Within this context, Roberto Fortunato has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Fortunato joins the Board of Directors alongside Chairman Lorenzo Delladio, who also serves as President of Confindustria Trento, and fourth-generation family representatives Giulia and Francesco Delladio. The new governance structure thus combines the continuity of the values that have guided the company for nearly a century with managerial expertise focused on growth and international expansion.
Fortunato brings to La Sportiva consolidated experience in managing growth and organizational development paths with temporary assignments.
