361˚ have launched Spire 5: the brands answer to ultimate responsiveness and cushioning.
For Spring/Summer 23, 361˚ have made huge, wholesale changes to their running lineup and believe that Spire, as the flagship running shoe in the product mix, is the perfect model to reannounce the brand in the UK and beyond.
Spire, which has been the brand’s premium daily trainer option in their running lineup for 4 previous generations, features for version 5, a complete, top-to-bottom revamp of a bouncier, softer feel underfoot – made up of QU!CKFLAME (a PEBA elastomer foam only previously found in 361’s race-day options), and QU!CKSPRING+ (a soft but stable EVA blend), plus a brand-new lightweight upper construction. These features, and a new rocker-based geometry and updated last, help to truly modernise the Spire in order to stand out in the segment.
This shoe is for runners seeking a high performance, premium cushioned shoe, that delivers comfort for mid to high mileage. It is a dynamic workhorse that is built to go the distance.
361˚ will be at the Doncaster City 10K 2022 with one of their retail partners on the 27th of November, where runners will be able to experience Spire 5 for the very first time.
Ron van der Linde, European Sales Director, said: “in my time at 361˚, we have watched the footwear market move rapidly in terms of new foams. I’m proud to say that Spire 5 represents our will to move with the times and step up our product offerings to match the needs of the average runner. Spring/Summer 23 is an exciting time for 361˚, and Spire 5 is the ideal shoe to relaunch the 361˚ name in the running footwear scene.”
