Merrell today launches the Agility Peak 6, its most capable max-cushion trail running shoe to date. Designed to be every runner’s most reliable tool, the Merrell Agility Peak 6 balances comfort, stability and traction for everything from first trail runs to 100K races.
Merrell’s new shoe has been created with a “nothing but the run” philosophy in mind, the belief that exceptional comfort and reliable performance remove distraction from the run. By working seamlessly with the runner, the Merrell Agility Peak 6 allows athletes to stay fully locked into the moment, focused on rhythm, terrain and flow.
To deliver this distraction-free ride, the Merrell Agility Peak 6 features a fully updated FloatPro™ foam midsole, providing smooth, resilient cushioning that helps the shoe “disappear” underfoot, allowing runners to focus on their stride rather than impact. Full-length FLEXconnect® technology delivers adaptive stability across uneven terrain, reducing foot and ankle strain, improving confidence, and minimising moments that can break flow on the trail.
Underfoot, Vibram® Megagrip with 5 mm Traction Lugs provides consistent grip on wet, loose and rocky surfaces, so runners can move with confidence even in unpredictable conditions. Meanwhile, a redesigned upper enhances comfort and control, featuring a durable Leno-weave engineered mesh that balances breathability with long-term durability. A reinforced toe box and protective mudguard defend against rocks and roots, while a fully gusseted tongue keeps debris out.
