CamelBak has unveiled its new Dart Run Vest. The Dart Run Vest completes CamelBak’s 2025 range of running vests and packs, and it is pitched as the perfect choice for those athletes approaching the running and trail running discipline for the first time, or for more experienced runners looking for a minimalist and high value running vest.
Mile after mile, the Dart Run Vest will help keep its wearer going. Either for training, marathons or longer trails, the Dart has runners covered with fuel and gear storage. Features include: Specific pockets for essentials; ventilated micro-mesh on the harness; and 360° reflective hit. Its 2l total capacity integrates a 1,5l Crux reservoir that is easily accessible thanks to the big, almost fully zipped, back compartment, while the Tube Trap on one side will make sure the reservoir’s tube stays in place during a run.
The adjustable double sternum strap tailors the fit together with the 90° angled side attachments, which can be pulled forward to perfectly fit the vest to the chest’s size. In addition, a belt at the waist can be pulled and adjusted according to the required fit, allowing a runner to focus on the task at hand.
The vest is made with N70D Diamond Ripstop with C0 DWR treatment and weighs 210g. CamelBak athlete and tester Cat Bradley said: “It’s a vest that can grow with the runner.”
The Dart Vest is compatible with CamelBak QuickStow flasks and the CamelBak Quiver. This provides the potential to bring additional hydration, thanks to the capacious overflow pockets on the front, while trekking poles can be stored in the Quiver, a modular and optional accessory. It can be added to the other vests in the CamelBak 2025 Run line, such as the Apex Pro and the Zephyr Pro.
The CamelBak Dart Run Vest will come in four colour options (Black, Royal Blue, Fiery Red and Peach), from spring 2025. It will be available from www.camelbak.co.uk and from selected specialist retailers.
