Media accreditation is now open for the 2026 Asia-Pacific Trail Running Championships (APTRC), taking place from 24 to 28 November 2026, and the 11th Grand Wuyi Trail Race, held from 27 to 29 November 2026, in Wuyishan, Fujian, China.
Bringing together leading trail runners and national and regional teams from across the Asia-Pacific region, APTRC 2026 will provide a major continental stage for the region’s leading trail runners, with individual and team titles contested across three race categories.
The Championships will be held alongside the Grand Wuyi Trail Race, which is expected to welcome more than 10,000 participants.
The two events will bring the trail running community together in Wuyishan for five days of competition, offering the media the opportunity to follow the athletes and stories of the Championships against the distinctive natural landscapes of the host destination.
