Princeton Tec has introduced a range of key updates to its head torch range, improving the illumination power and run-time of three key products as the nights start to draw in.
Enhancements have been made to the core Refuel, Remix and Vizz products and the latest versions are all available now.
The Princeton Tec Refuel is best known for its simplicity and being extremely user-friendly. With only one mode, a dimmable white flood beam, and now operating at 300 lumens (up from 250), the Refuel is easily and intuitively activated, deactivated, and dimmed with a single large, easy-to-find button. The Princeton Tec Remix is designed as the go-to head torch when run-time is crucial and illumination has been increased to 450 lumens from 300. The Remix features a very impressive, best-in-class 63 hours run-time on the high setting. For preserving night vision, it also features a cluster of red LEDs for close at hand tasks. The Remix is also equipped with an asymmetrical single arm bracket, easily accessible battery door enclosure, and large push button switch. It retails at £59.95.
The top of the range Princeton Tec Vizz head torch is waterproof, durable, bright and versatile, an ideal choice for any demanding environment. With illumination increased to 550 from 420 lumens, the Vizz includes a Maxbright LED that creates a powerful spot beam for longer distances, a pair of white Ultrabright LEDs to deliver a flood beam, and two red Ultrabright LEDs for close-range lighting while preserving night adjusted vision. Regulated circuitry delivers consistent light output over an extended period of time. When not in use, the Vizz can be locked to prevent accidental turn on, and the translucent switch acts as a low battery indicator. It retails at £69.95.
