Science in Sport (SiS) has launched the Elite Running Bottle, perfectly designed for PB chasers fuelling on the go.
It has been carefully designed to support record holders and World Champions alike in their pursuit of success. Whether being picked up at speed or taken on longer training outings, the small and lightweight bottle has been tailored specifically with runners in mind.
Ergonomically crafted for effortless carrying when running, the Elite Running Bottle features a narrow neck, allowing for easy fluid consumption whilst on the move. A 400ml capacity allows for a convenient supply of fluid to maintain your hydration levels when topping up throughout your marathon or long distance run. Designed for flexible use, whether on the treadmill, road or trails, a leakproof, lockable valve helps you avoid losing any valuable liquid during your training or race.
Developed in collaboration with world-class endurance runners from the Elite Running Team [ERT], which comprises athletes including Gotytom Gebreslase, the reigning Marathon World Champion and 2023 Tokyo Marathon winner Chalu Deso. The bottle was first used by the team at the Boston Marathon back in April, and later by Alemu Megertu (as pictured), who went on to secure an impressive second-place finish in London. Created with the sleek SiS modern branding design, the Elite Running Bottle has dimensions of 21cm Height x 5cm Width, weighs 0.05kg, is dishwasher safe and BPA-free, ensuring the organic compound Bisphenol A is not used in its production.
