Montane Launches New Sales and Marketing Initiatives in the United States

British outdoor clothing brand, Montane, announce its latest brand initiative as the company names two North American organisations to manage its new business programmes in the United States.

The announcement comes as the outdoor company renews its commitment to the North American marketplace with new strategic sales and marketing programmes.

Effective immediately, industry veteran Mike Downing of Boulder, Colorado will oversee all wholesale, professional and direct sales for Montane’s apparel and equipment collection.

Downing will work in conjunction with Denny, ink. of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, having been recruited as the brand’s dedicated PR agency in the United States, responsible for media relations, strategic communications counsel, and targeted community marketing.

Gary Bryant, Managing Director for Montane, commented, “As we’ve evolved our premium product assortment within the active, lightweight apparel and equipment categories, our brand becomes even more relevant to the US market.

“We searched high and low for qualified partners that will help us establish a real presence of innovation and authenticity within our traditional markets while helping foster our development into new spaces. Both Downing and Denny, ink. have a proven history of building successful brands in the US, and we’re excited to have them join the Montane team in this next phase of our growth.”
