RaceNation and Racecheck pledge to support the mass participation industry

RaceNation, the UK’s leading online event registration platform, has announced a partnership with Racecheck, the online feedback website for mass participation events.

Coming alongside various other announcements from RaceNation looking to rebuild the industry to pre-pandemic levels, Racecheck and RaceNation have integrated to empower event organisers to take behavioural science into their user journey, by providing social proof whilst customers are in the registration process. Racecheck has seen event directors increase event sales by over 22% with an average ROI of over 30x while dramatically reducing shopping cart abandonment. This insight and conversion alongside RaceNation’s superior insight and approach to supporting the industry with improved data is a big step forward for the industry.

Race reviews are one of the most powerful influence and persuasion principles out there for conversion in the industry and there will be multiple data analysis points for both brands to help develop the industry to develop a more refined offering for participants. Data and reports from the two brands will look to highlight industry trends along with helping event organisers retain existing and convert new customers.

Rob Arkell, Director of Sales & Business Development at Racecheck said: “It’s a pleasure to collaborate with RaceNation on this exciting project and to empower event organisers to thrive through technology. We’re incredibly passionate about growing the mass participation sports industry and helping event organisers get more people to the start line and continually improve their experiences. RaceNation is such a genuine and authentic organisation, and at the same time, so innovative and forward-thinking. We can’t wait to get more people active and into sports together.”

Will Golder, CEO of RaceNation // SportsGiving said: “We’re delighted to be making our partnership with Racecheck official and to pledge our support to the industry. We will be using first class data insights from both platforms to deliver insightful support to organisers, brands and participants to better understand and improve the race day experience, we look forward to continuing to do all we can to make mass participation a more stable and thriving industry.”
