LifeStraw’s much-awaited Peak Series is arriving this year, with a new, sleek design and improved features centred around versatility. The series is a result of collating years of customer feedback, consulting, and working in collaboration with Danish design firm, Søren Rose Studio, to give the LifeStraw products a redesign so access to clean, safe drinking water in the outdoors or abroad has never been easier.
What does remain unchanged though, is that the LifeStraw filter will turn almost any source of freshwater into clean, safe drinking water without the need for chemicals or batteries. Use it anywhere; from rivers and streams to water straight from the tap, including abroad. Coupled with LifeStraw’s continual humanitarian and environmental work, that is the beating driving force behind the company.
Key Products from the Peak Series
The LifeStraw Peak Series Personal Water Filter Straw and LifeStraw Peak Collapsible Bottle with Filter (650 ml) are the standouts from the new collection, winning two ISPO awards this year. Both the Straw and Bottle with Filter are BPA-free and remove 99.999999% of bacteria, 99.999% of parasites and microplastics (which are becoming a greater threat to human health).
The legendary Personal Straw, updated for the first time in 17 years is not only sleeker in its modern design but also has added versatility, sustainability, a better grip experience, and updated design and colours. With no shelf life, weighing just 65 grams and taking up next-to-no space, the Straw is ideal for outdoor and travelling pursuits, as well as being the ultimate survival tool.
Flexible and durable; the Collapsible Bottle is an ultra-compact collapsible water bottle with a removable filter straw that can be used on its own or attached to nearly any standard water bottle. A multi-purpose bottle that’s ideal for hiking and trail running. It now has been reduced to just one-stage filter to improve the flow rate to an impressive three litres per minute.
